HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP?

Do allow 1 to 2 working days for order processing and another 2 working days for delivery of the products.

INTERNATIONAL

Do allow 1 to 2 working days for order processing and an additional 7 to 14 working days for delivery of products.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

A confirmation email with order number will be sent to you upon a successful purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation email within an hour, please contact us to ensure that your order has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally! The rates is dependant on the location of where the products are being shipped. We recommend you to enter your shipping address at the checkout page. Henceforth, if our site allows you to proceed, you can view shipping inquiries on that page. Do note that we do not allow returns or exchanges on international orders so we strongly advise you to take ample time in selecting your purchases and reviewing shipping details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR Exchange POLICY?

Products can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Once the product is received at the office, do allow us 2-3 business days to fully process your refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges exclude international orders.

All sales items are final. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.

WHAT is the sizing like?

The size chart is located here. If you’re between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
